1. 服务内容
比画提供手写汉字闯关、每日挑战、诗词临帖、作品图导出、进度记录、购买与恢复 Plus 权益等功能。手写识别和评分用于练习反馈,不构成考试、教学认证或专业评估。
2. 账号与删除
- 应用默认使用匿名访客 ID,也可通过 Sign in with Apple 保护和恢复进度。
- 你应避免在昵称或反馈中提交违法、侵权、骚扰或明显敏感的信息。
- 你可以在应用内进入「个人页 → 账户与设置 → 删除账号」删除账号。删除会清除用户关联数据,但不会取消 Apple 订阅。
3. Plus 与应用内购买
- 比画 Plus 通过 Apple In-App Purchase 提供,包括月度订阅、年度订阅和终身买断。实际价格、税费和可用性以 App Store 显示为准。
- 自动续订订阅会在当前周期结束前由 Apple 自动续订并向你的 Apple 账户收费,除非你在 Apple 账户订阅管理中取消。
- 你可以在应用内使用「恢复购买」重新绑定有效权益。
- 退款、取消订阅和账单问题由 Apple 按其 App Store 规则处理。
4. 内容与知识产权
应用界面、关卡编排、原创文案、代码和视觉设计归开发者或相应权利人所有。唐诗宋词等经典文本来自公开经典作品和公开资料整理,用于学习和临帖。你可以分享自己在应用内生成的作品图,但不得反向工程、批量抓取或以损害服务的方式使用本应用。
5. 服务变更与可用性
我们会尽力保持服务稳定,但不保证服务永远不中断或识别结果永远准确。功能、内容、价格和权益可能随版本调整;重大变更会尽量通过应用内提示或本页面更新说明。
6. 免责声明与责任限制
比画按“现状”提供。法律允许的范围内,我们不对因使用或无法使用本服务造成的间接损失、数据丢失或预期收益损失承担责任。

Welcome to BiHua. These terms apply to the BiHua iOS app, website, and related services. By continuing to use the app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
BiHua provides Chinese-character handwriting challenges, daily practice, classic poetry copywork, image export, progress tracking, and purchase/restore flows for Plus entitlements. Handwriting recognition and scoring are practice feedback only; they are not an exam, certification, or professional evaluation.
2. Accounts and deletion
- The app uses an anonymous guest ID by default. You may link Sign in with Apple to protect and restore progress.
- Please do not submit unlawful, infringing, harassing, or clearly sensitive information in nicknames or feedback.
- You can delete your account in the app through Profile → Account & Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes user-linked data, but it does not cancel an Apple subscription.
3. Plus and in-app purchases
- BiHua Plus is provided through Apple In-App Purchase, including monthly subscription, annual subscription, and lifetime non-consumable options. Actual price, tax, and availability are shown by the App Store.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically through Apple and are charged to your Apple account unless cancelled in Apple account subscription management before the current period ends.
- You can use Restore Purchases in the app to reconnect active entitlements.
- Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
4. Content and intellectual property
The app interface, level curation, original copy, code, and visual design belong to the developer or their respective rights holders. Tang and Song classics are organized from public classic works and public references for study and copywork. You may share images you generate in the app, but you may not reverse engineer, scrape in bulk, or use the app in a way that harms the service.
5. Changes and availability
We try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or always-correct recognition. Features, content, prices, and entitlements may change between versions; material changes will be reflected through in-app notice or updates to this page where practical.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
BiHua is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or lost expected benefits arising from use of or inability to use the service.
